Our Unique Candle Fundraiser Program is EASY, and IT WORKS!! Our program is set up to benefit both large and small organizations. We will help you and your group raise money for churches, school activities, foundations, sports leagues, youth groups, special events, trips, uniforms, etc. *We offer 40% profit return on our quality handmade 100% Soy wax Candles or 35% if total sales are under $200.00. Tired of offering cheap products for high prices?? We can help! Our products are priced affordably and that will keep all of your supporters happy year after year!
Each and every one of our candles is hand-poured by me using 100% Soy wax and cotton wicks (NO ZINC WICKS). You can choose up to 10 scents from my scent list. Each candle is made from premium fragrance oils that disperse more than three times as much scent as ordinary candles. This is why our candles smell wonderful all the way to the bottom of the container!
Everyone enjoys the glow of candle light and the smell of rich fragrances in their home. Best of all, our candles are affordably priced; customers rarely buy just one candle!

ABOUT THE PROGRAM
We provide everything you need to be successful. It all begins with high quality 100% soywax candles, that people want to purchase, which generates an average of $3.20 profit per Hex candle sold. Combine that with personalized service and marketing materials with your organizations name, and you have a winning combination.
When you decide on The First Lady Boutique as your fundraising partner, we will provide the following, at no cost to you:
Brochures describing the The First Lady Boutique 100% Soy wax Candles.
Full color sell sheets showing the various colors and available fragrances.
Customized order forms (with the name of your organization)
Master Fundraiser Order Form (for submission of the final order)
At the conclusion of your sale, you simply submit the Master Fundraiser Order Form (accompanied by your payment) Please see * below! and your order will be shipped - usually within 3 weeks after the check is received.

PROFIT POTENTIAL
The amount of profit you make depends on a number of factors, including: the number of sellers, the number of sales per seller, etc.
Selling price per candle_
Retails for $8.00 minus your profit of $3.20(40%)= $4.80 mailed to me.
Typically, sellers will average 10 candles each. 10 sales X $8.00 (cost of candle)= $80.00 total sales - 40%= $32.00(your Profit) which you keep right away. You mail me the balance=$48.00. Of course, the more candles each person sells, the higher the profits. 200 candles selling for $8.00 each will give you a profit of $640.00. 200 candles selling for $12.00 each will give you a profit of $960.00
The most productive way to approach fundraising is to set a goal. When everyone knows what the goal is, they will work that much harder to achieve it. In addition, incentive programs for reaching certain sales levels can often increase sales as well.
GETTING STARTED
To participate in The First Lady Boutique Fundraising Program you must submit an application. The application identifies your organization, the Fundraising Coordinator, contact information, the number of persons that will be involved in selling, and the fragrances you wish to offer (up to 10). Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted to determine how best we can meet your specific needs.
WHAT WILL IT COST
The First Lady Boutique fundraising program provides the means for organizations to participate without incurring any up-front costs. Instead, payment should be collected from each purchaser when their order is placed and all money should be turned in to the Fundraising Coordinator prior to placement of the final order.
Product samples are available to fundraisers at special discounted rates and must be purchased separately from the order. Samples can be particularly useful for situations such as booths at school events, where there is a single point of sale, or as a display in a central location. If you are interested in display samples, please notify us when you are contacted.
PLACING THE FINAL ORDER
When the sale is over, all of the individual orders must be combined into a single order using the Master Fundraiser Order Form. The total number of units for each product/fragrance combination must be indicated along with the cost.
**Shipping charges from chart on order form must also be included with the order.
PRODUCT DELIVERY
Following receipt of the Master Fundraiser Order Form, The First Lady Boutique will prepare your order and ship it. All of the merchandise will be delivered within 2-4 weeks after the check is received. Free Local Delivery(within 25 Mile Radius).
Candle Safety & Burning Tips
Container Candles:
-Burn candle for at least 1 hour for every inch of container width.
-With the first lighting, burn the candle for 3 hours, or at least until you have a melt pool that completely stretched across the top of the candle. This first full burn will reduce the likelihood of core burning.
-Avoid lighting and relighting your candle for very short periods of time. By having these habits, you increase the possibility that the candle may burn unevenly and could even core-burn down the center leaving unsightly wax clinging to the edge of the container.
-To extinguish your candle, we recommend a wick-dipper or other approved device. Blowing out a candle will cause unnecessary smoking of the wick and unneeded soot release.
-Do not place your candle in direct sunlight or directly under a fluorescent light, as this will increase the likelihood that your candle will fade and discolor. The First Lady Boutique uses additives that reduce fading but the long-term effects of sunlight are detrimental to your candle.
-Always burn your container candle on a candle pan or on a coaster. Placing your candle directly on furniture can cause permanent damage, especially to wood.
The First Lady Boutique is not liable for damage caused by improper burning techniques.
